The purpose of the (APS) Assured Produce Scheme is to provide assurance to consumers that fruit, salads and vegetables have been grown to high standards of food safety, environmental care and general good practice. The APS Scheme covers 44 horticultural crops from Asparagus through to potatoes and top fruit to Watercress.
