A: When you buy food carrying the LEAF Marque logo you can be sure it has been produced to high environmental standards.  All LEAF Marque farmers have been inspected by an independent verifier to ensure they meet rigorous environmentally responsible farming standards.

A:  Currently food labelled with the LEAF Marque logo can be found at Waitrose and other retail outlets. You will find the LEAF Marque logo on a variety of fruit, vegetables salads meat, dairy products and meat.

A:  IFM stands for integrated farm management and is geared towards sustaining and optimising the use of all resources on farm including soil, water air, staff, machinery, capital and wildlife habitats, landscape and archaeological features.  Its successful uptake requires a detailed understanding of the business and an innovative challenging approach.
