Telephoning the Scheme manager on (0131) 335 6602 to obtain an information pack. This pack includes an application form, Scheme Standards, SFQC Scheme Regulations and details on how to join UFAS.

Downloading an QMS Feeds Application Form 2011-12, QMS Feed Standards 2011 2012 and SFQC Scheme Regulations.

Membership runs from 1st October to 30th September annually.
