SFQC have partnered with the List magazine once again to produce the second edition of "The Larder" a guide celebrating all that's good about Scottish food and drink.
Sections cover all food and drink categories: beef, lamb and other meat; bread, cakes and chocolate; cheese and dairy; fish and shellfish; fruit and veg; whisky, beer and other drinks. The Larder lists where you can buy the mentioned goodies and has stories behind the people who create the unique flavours of Scotland. The 160pp publication includes great photographs of mouth watering food and drink.
The second edition was sponsored by Scotland Food and Drink with support from the Scottish Government as part of its promotion of Scotland as A Land of Food and Drink.
Around 10,000 copies of the publication are widely distributed around food & drink buyers - retail, hotels, b&bs, restaurants etc. A further 10,000 are sold to the general public at £7.99 each through bookshops, newsagents, delis and tourist outlets.
