SFQC provides consultancy services to a number of clients either on an-hoc or a retained basis. From March 2009 SFQC will fulfil a role as VisitScotland’s food consultant providing advice and assistance on food and drink opportunities and how these might chime with VisitScotland’s food and drink strategy.
