The event at Earthy Foods has gone off without a hitch. Another good turnout and an excellent selection of speakers. The event was chaired by Donald Reid of SLow Food and editor of The List. Other speakers included Patricia Stephen of Phantassie Food and Earthy Foods, Chris Walton of Peeham Produce and Roy Brett of the new opened Ondine Restaurant. 30 guests showed up to the event and there were 8 producer tables set up.
The speakers all used their wealth of experience to give interesting talks which led to a worthwhile Q&A session t the end. Earthy Foods provided a beautiful locally sourced lunch made of fresh vegetables and meats from the shop. Thanks to all who came and helped make the day a successful outing.
