The final event was held at Loch Leven's Larder.  This is a wondeful farm shop just outside Milnathort with a wide range o goods offered as well as a nice cafe' for coffee and freshly made food.  We had another good turnout to the event ad a good range of speakers covering interesting topics.  The chairman for this event was David Cochrane from Hospitality Trust Scotland.  Speakers included Tim Bailey from SFQC, Tim Dover from the restaurant The Roost, Jim Fairlie from Logie Almond Lamb and Rob Niven owner of Loch Leven's Farm along with his wife, Emma who handles the cafe and farm shop.  Attendance was higher with around 40 guests turning up to the day.
