Interested in learning new artisan skills?

A number of people have expressed interest in learning new artisan skills to process farm products e.g. butchery of beef, lamb and pork, making sausages, smoking meat, making cheese and traditional bread etc. There is nothing comprehensive available in Scotland covering these various type skills. SFQC would be willing to investigate developing a skills course if we knew there was sufficient demand.
