Q: Do you charge extra for travel and subsistence like the other certification bodies?
A: No. We do reserve the right to charge in exceptional circumstances where travel maybe considerably more expensive. Our rates are extremely competitive and generally include all travel and subsistence costs. There are NO hidden additional expenses e.g. car hire, wining and dining!
Q: My business is due to undergo its first BRC audit. Can you offer any help in preparation for this?
A: Yes. SFQC offers competitive rates of £495 per day for pre-assessment work, which is conducted by one of our highly qualified BRC auditors. This work can help identify areas of your business that need to be focused on prior to your BRC assessment. Q: How long do BRC audits take?
A: In accordance with BRC requirements, most audits will take 1.5 to 2 days but we only charge you for the time taken, and we do not automatically charge for 2 days time.
Q: I require assessments under a number of schemes e.g. organic, beef labelling; can these assessments be carried out at the same time?
