SFQC have secured Scottish Government funding to enable any Scottish food or drink producer to access SALSA mentoring at reduced rates: only £167 +vat per day!
That's only £500 +vat for 3 days expert professional support, and these rates are all inclusive, so there are no additional travel costs regardless of your location in Scotland. Scotland Food & Drink members even get a further 30% discount. This all compares very favourably with the recommended commercial rates of around £400 +vat per day.
So, if you feel that you would benefit from some very cost effective external support in preparing for your SALSA audit, then SFQC would be delighted to help. This usually involves reviewing the premises and current HACCP and quality documentation, and advising on any improvements or additions needed to comply with the standard. The service aims to ensure a smooth audit when that time comes.
